Camera-Ready Submission Guidelines

Please follow these steps to submit your final documents to 8th ICCMC 2024

Step – 1

Following acceptance, at least one of the authors must attend the conference and present the paper on the allotted time slot of conference agenda. In the event that the presenter is unable to attend the conference, the accepted paper will NOT BE considered for submission of the proceeding to the publisher.


Step – 2

At least one of the authors listed on the paper (Preferably the corresponding/first author) must register for 8th ICCMC 2024 to upload the final manuscript. Make the payment in the corresponding category and take a screenshot of the successful payment transaction.

Registration Fee


Indian Authors: 9,500 INR
Foreign Authors: 150 USD
Indian Listeners: 7,500 INR
Foreign Listeners: 120 USD

Step – 3

The final manuscript must be prepared based on reviewers’ comments and according to the final paper format.


Step – 4

The first/corresponding author should fill the copyright form to transfer the copyright of the registered work for publication purpose. Author should mandatorily fill in the following details: All the author names, paper title and corresponding author signature.

Step – 5

After completing the registration, preparing your final paper and copyright transfer form. Check all the documents and send us three documents to conference Email (info.iccmc@gmail.com) to confirm your registration to the conference.

Registration Link:

Registration covers the publication of one manuscript, individual
certificates, one conference kit, DVD Conference Proceedings, admission to
all scientific sessions and keynote program, and lunch/breaks.

 

PRESENTATION GUIDELINES:

If your article was accepted, the author must deliver a 20-minute presentation. The author should have access to a PC with Power point and Adobe with proper internet connection to deliver a hassle-free presentation. We highly advise you to limit the number of slides in your presentation to 15 or less.

After registration, no refunds or cancellations are granted.
