Final Camera-ready paper submission instructions (Accepted papers only)
All final camera-ready versions must be prepared in English and with a maximum page limit of eight (8) pages (10-points font, Letter size IEEE style). Standard IEEE conference paper templates for both LaTeX and Microsoft Word can be found HERE.
The final version of registration documents should be forwarded to info.iccmc@gmail.com
Please read the following steps for properly submitting the final version of your registration documents.
Please make sure to read the reviews of your paper and take them into account for the final revision. Furthermore, make sure that your manuscript is double-checked for typos and language mistakes.
Also ensure that all figures, tables, references etc. are included in the page limit and are with high clarity.
All fonts must be embedded into the PDF file.
The IEEE copyright transfer agreement must be submitted electronically. Please download the IEEE copyright form and follow all next steps to sign the copyright electronically and forward it to the conference Email info.iccmc@gmail.com along with the registration documents

For inclusion of your received camera-ready manuscript in the conference proceeding (as well as the IEEE Xplore digital library), your paper must be presented at the conference. Therefore, at least one of the authors should register for the conference before the final manuscript deadline mentioned in the conference homepage.
Once Registration covers the publication of one manuscript, individual certificates, one conference kit, DVD Conference Proceedings, admission to all scientific sessions and keynote program, and lunch/breaks.

PRESENTATION GUIDELINES:
If your article was accepted, the author must deliver a 20-minute presentation. The author should have access to a PC with Power point and Adobe with proper internet connection to deliver a hassle free presentation. We highly advise you to limit the number of slides in your presentation to 10 or less.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
No refunds are granted for “no-shows”: A justified reason is required to cancel a registration, please send an Email to info.iccmc@gmail.com

Registrants who cancel their registration for any reason (including the denial of a travel visa due to delays or other issues) will receive a partial refund according to the following schedule:
Listeners:
If the author does not attend the symposium and present their paper, and if a co-author does not register in the author’s place and presents their paper, then the paper will NOT be submitted to IEEE Xplore. No refund will be granted in this case.
Processing of Refunds
Refunds of registrations paid by GPay/mobile payment gateway will be made by refunding to that GPay/mobile payment gateway. Refunds of registrations paid by bank account will be made to the same bank account. Refund will be initiated after 2-3 weeks of the conference event.
